Where you will work: Office in Chapel Hill, NC, appointments throughout the Triangle

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Listing Agent is an individual who thrives on goals and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, He/She/They demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving Listing Agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing and seeking win-win agreements. 

The Listing Agent stays in touch with their sphere daily, closes leads to appointments, closes appointments to agreements, and then provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy, home improvements and staging the home for sale. He/She/They will market the home or work in tandem with a Listing Manager to launch a marketing campaign. The Listing Agent will evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed. Upon receiving an offer, the Listing Agent will negotiate the offer, negotiate repairs and oversee the deal through closing.

The Listing Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  1. Prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities for new listing appointments with your own sphere and past clients.

  2. Quickly respond and convert inbound listing leads into appointments.

  3. Conduct all listing appointments and convert appointments to listing agreements.

  4. Provide high-level fiduciary analysis and advice on pricing strategies, home improvements & staging homes for sale 

  5. Create marketing messaging and review all marketing materials created for the property

  6. Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed 

  7. Communicate and collaborate with the administrative Listing Manager regularly to ensure clients’ needs are met.

  8. Present and negotiate all offers and repair requests.

JOB TYPE

Schedule: Full-time, minimal evening weekend hours

Commission/performance based with no upper ceiling, estimated $125,000-$150,000 in first 12 months.
