Just so we start off on the right foot, I want to be clear that I am not a physician, dietitian or personal trainer. What I do offer is a deep knowledge of Lifestyle Medicine, a personal passion for biohacking, and a deep belief that integrative wellness for healthspan and longevity needs YOU to be the “hub” of that integration. 

Working together, we will identify the gap between how you feel today and how you want to experience life in your body. From there, we’ll create goals to move you forward towards that vision.

Protein goals, sauna, meditation and breathwork, sleep quality, friend dates, hormone replacement therapy, cold plunging—we can go anywhere and everywhere and I’m here for it!

This is not a one-size-fits all approach. We’ll go deep to explore what changes will make the most impact and also be realistic and achievable for your lifestyle. 

As part of your customized wellness coaching, we may also dip into the areas of personal development or business, as applicable.
