We start with a face-to-face (when possible) buyer consultation that will set us off on the right foot and continue to ask questions and really listen to you throughout the process. We often find a house that you never would have picked yourself online, but ends up being exactly what you have been dreaming of!

To begin, we will give you an overview of the whole process. Next, you will receive a custom online project plan that we can view and update together. We will coordinate all the people needed to make your home buying dream come true—from your lender, inspectors, closing attorney, to the other agent in the transaction and everyone in between. From our first conversation to unpacking your last box, Martha and her team will plan, organize, and track your move experience, which means fewer surprises and less stress for you.
