REPAIR AND STAGING KNOW-HOW
Martha has experience managing several home renovations and can advise you on what repairs and upgrades will net you the most proceeds when selling your home. We know that home staging is critical to showing a buyer what your house has to offer, so staging is included in our standard listing service. We offer an initial staging consultation and 4 hours of hands-on staging assistance (including bringing in some of our own accessories) and can stage vacant homes for an additional fee. You will even receive a personal Pinterest board where we can collaborate on the staging vision for your property.
